I cried in Tire Discounters today, in the best way! The backstory- I brought my Honda Pilot in for the A/C not working May 18th. They told me that they would have to run diagnostics to find exactly what the issue was. It ended up just being the compressor, but they did a lot of research after hours due to some other things that presented to have issues, but in the end it all came down to the compressor (I appreciated that they dug deeper to make sure they knew the EXACT problem) I finally got the car back the next day. Perfect. 4 days later, May 23rd I hobbled my Honda Pilot over to them due to a tire losing air. I had two nails in it (no clue where I picked those up) unfortunately, I had to get a new tire. They truly felt bad for me since I had just been in a few days prior. I paid for the tire and headed home. Fast forward to today May 30th. I yet again hobbled my Pilot to them for the other front tire losing air, lo and behold. A nail. No clue where I picked it up. They jokingly call me the nail magnet. But when they brought the nail to me in the lobby I started to tear up by being so overwhelmed with the bad luck and honestly, the financial hit we have taken in the past ten day

Taylor Tire Discounters was okay with me however, I have a brand new car. I do not take my car anywhere else but Nissan. I did take it there one morning because everywhere was closed and my tire had popped after running over something in the road. I am just realizing they did not put my wheel lock back in my car and I went back up there and one of the men said it was over 2 years ago. However we have not had a new tire since. We bought the tire from them and they replaced it now the wheel lock is missing. One of the other guys suggested that we break the lock off and replace it with a regular. Now I have to buy a whole new set because they misplaced my wheel lock. When they were finished with the wheel lock, they should have replaced it instead of keeping, now they have a whole box or bucket full of people’s wheel locks. Bad for business, I will not be returning.

I have been a customer at this place for years now. However the guy that usually works the front desk has lied to me multiple times times about the prices; another man came behind him and gave a much cheaper price. They changed me 1680.00 for alternator which he told me that’s what was wrong with my car. I was told it would take four hours to fix, which I waited for it at their shop. It only took 2 hours. After bringing my car out the shop they never called my name, saw when the guy brought the papers to desk. I was trying to get my car and make it to work that morning, but unfortunately I had to go to desk because they never called my name to tell me it was done. This place has had good, honest people working here in the past. Now I would never ever go here again. Dishonesty will get you no where in life. The guy that works the front desk should definitely be replaced. The people in this place now are not honest people at all.

I recently brought my truck in for repairs after being quoted $350 for labor. I spoke with the same employee on two separate occasions, on different days, and was given the same quote price each time. When my son and I arrived at the shop, the staff did not acknowledge us and to keep in mind it was about 7 caucasian men at the counter at the time. We were standing there for a moment before I initiated the conversation and asked if someone could assist us. The employee then asked how he could help, and I reminded him that I had called multiple times and was quoted $350 for labor. He then asked me to wait, stepped aside to speak with several other employees, and returned stating that the price would be $650 instead. I expressed my concern about the significant increase form the previously quoted amount. The experience felt unprofessional, discourteous and racist. Additionally, I observed another customer being turned away shortly after which was an african american like myself, which added to my concerns about how customers were being treated. Based on this experience, I would encourage others to confirm pricing in writing before proceeding with service and better yet go somewher

Edit 26Mar2026: Getting ready for a long drive. Took it to a 3rd vehicle maintenance company and now not just one, but two tires have cross-threaded lugnuts and my tires cannot be rotated. Even if this is corrected, I'll never rate more than a star. This place lacks integrity. Do not come here. Edit 06Oct2025: They fixed the problem at no additional cost. πŸ‘πŸΌ ------ Needed new tires. Was able to go in 4 days earlier than my appointment and paid about $100 less than expected for 4 new tires. Complimentary oil change voucher for up to over $100 came with the purchase. Quoted for rear brake pad change because they were "dangerously low." I declined and said I'd be back in a couple of weeks for it. Was warned it may damage the rotors before then. Didn't have $1000 on me that day, so... Tire pressure monitoring system indicator was on when I got my car back. I assumed they over inflated the tires because of the cooling weather. 3 days later my front passenger tire is dangerously low and I was over 20 minutes from home. Went to the nearest open tire shop. Other 3 tires were inflated to 50 PSI (33 or so recommended). Front passenger tire was inflated to less than 28 PSI. I asked the ot
